GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALE
These general conditions of sale can be modified by the Seller at any time. Customers are therefore invited to consult them before making any purchase.
The applicable Conditions of Sale are those in force on the date of transmission of the Order for a product by the Customer.
1 ACCEPTANCE OF THE GENERAL SALES CONDITIONS AND PURCHASE METHODS
1.1 By sending the order, the Customer declares to accept the following general conditions of sale.
1.2 To complete the purchase, the User must complete all the forms on the Purchase Page, entering their personal and payment details. Before confirming the Order, the User can double-check the information entered and, if necessary, modify it.
1.3 The purchase contract is concluded as soon as the Seller receives the Order placed by the Buyer. After that, an Order Confirmation will be sent to the Customer by e-mail indicating the Date and Time of execution of the Order and an "Order Number" to be included in any communications from the Buyer and in the reason for the bank transfer (if used as a payment method).
2 CHANGES TO THE ORDER
2.1 The User may cancel the Order by promptly communicating it to the email address: info@sofho.it or via WhatsApp to the number: +39 327-7153089
2.2 For any changes to the billing information or the shipping address, it will be necessary to send an email to: info@sofho.it, in the event that the User needs to change the Order just placed. Otherwise, just log into your personal profile and modify the data concerned.
3 PAYMENT METHODS
3.1 The payment methods available to the User are as follows: credit card, Paypal, PostePay, bank transfer.
Credit card, Paypal, PostePay
We inform you that any refunds will be made with the same payment method and that the data that the customer will enter will not be stored so in no case can Sofho be held responsible for any improper and undue use of these cards.
Bonifico bancario
By choosing this payment method, the goods will be shipped after having received the money on the account. The bank details for the transfer will be informed during the order confirmation phase and the order confirmation number must be indicated in the reason for payment. The order placed by the customer will remain active for a maximum of 7 working days waiting for the payment, after this period without receiving any payment, the order will be cancelled.
4 MODALITY, COSTS AND SHIPPING TIME
4.1 Modality
The goods will be shipped only after receipt of payment by EXPRESS couriers, such as DHL, UPS.
We ask you to enter a shipping address where there is always someone willing to receive goods.
4.2 Costs
Shipping costs, for countries outside Italy, change according to weight and destination of the goods. The cost will be shown before completing the order payment. Shipping costs include handling and packaging.
We advise you to group your items in one order only. It is not possible to group two separate orders made individually, therefore shipping costs will be charged for each of them.
4.3 Time
Delivery times, for countries outside Italy, are 15 working days, more or less.
We remind you that Sofho is not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by the courier.
Attention: mear the summer or Christmas holidays there may be production delays in delivery. Therefore, we advise you to contact us at info@sofho.it before making a purchase to ensure the delivery correct time.
If a purchased item is not available, the seller will promptly notify the buyer by email, which will then choose to confirm the order or otherwise apply for a refund of the amount paid. If there are several products in the order, the refund will be made only on the goods not available, if the same is not complementary to the others.
5 DELIVERY
5.1 The delivery of the goods is made on the ground floor, without appointment and during office hours. The seller does not respond in any way to any delivery errors resulting from inaccuracies or omissions committed by the User in completing the purchase order.
5.2 Where receiving the goods, the costumers must check:
- the integrity of the packaging, damaged, wet or otherwise altered;
- number of packages must be asper transport document or on the invoice.
In case of obvious damage, the customer, must write on the transport document the words “withdrawal with reservation” providing a short reason and inform us at info@sofho.it
6 RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
6.1 The User, a European consumer, has the right to withdraw from the contract, without any penalty and without reason, within 14 days from the day of delivery. The return costs are charged to the Buyer and the Seller reserves the right to verify the integrity of the product, which must be returned in the original packaging.
6.2 The Seller will return the amount to the Customer within 14 days of receipt of the return, using the same payment method as the Buyer.
7 PRODUCT WARRANTY
7.1 The Seller guarantees, on the basis of European legislation, the conformity of the goods sold for 2 years from the date of delivery.
7.2 The Customer is required to keep a copy of the invoice, or the payment receipt to make the guarantee valid and it would be advisable to provide the Seller with clear photos or videos of the problem encountered for more knowledge.
7.3 Together with the product there will also be a product sheet with instructions on use and maintenance, in the absence of this it will be the User's responsibility to contact the Seller. We remind you that for the warranty to be valid, the products must be used correctly and in compliance with their intended use.
